Professional Recognitions
ACTE formally recognizes CTE professionals who have demonstrated their knowledge of the ACTE Quality CTE Program of Study Framework®.
HQ CTE Framework Proficiency is awarded to individuals who demonstrate an understanding of four framework elements by successfully completing four courses within the CTE Learn
HQ Course Series.
HQ CTE Framework Mastery represents the highest level of recognition and is awarded to individuals who demonstrate breadth across all 12 framework elements by completing all twelve courses in the CTE Learn HQ Course Series.
To maintain either Proficiency or Mastery status, awardees complete two continuing education courses of their choice each year from the CTE Learn Course Catalog. This ongoing learning requirement ensures professionals stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and evolving responsibilities within their CTE roles—while continuing to expand their expertise and impact.
